June 2023 – Lease Agreement signed. Development Application and Construction Certificate approval imminent.
June 2023 – Community Coordinator appointment.
August - October 2023 – Site preparation commences, clearing scrub and fill. Concrete slab down.
December 2023 – Steel for the building arrives.
Early 2024 – Community Hall completed to lock up subject to weather, material supply and council processes.
February - April 2024 – Hall fit out and landscaping.
Finish: May-June 2024 – ABCD Inc Community Hall Complete
December 19, 2024 - Organisation of major community event: Black Summer Fire Anniversary December Event – 5 years on.
